Directions for use:
Shake bottle before use. Spray into each nostril while holding the opposite nostril closed. Use 1 – 4 times per day or as directed.
Adults: 1-2 sprays per dose.
Children 12 years and over: 1 spray per dose.
Ingredients:
Baical skullcap, Eyebright, Golden seal, Calendula, Usnea, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint, Pine, Mint, Tea tree, Kanuka. Also contains saline, glycerine and traces of alcohol. Activated with love and light.
